YAO Personal Reading is personalised digital content. The launch price is US$19 once, with no subscription. The free Birth Pattern and limited personalized preview do not create a purchase or charge.

When payments are enabled, once report generation has begun or the report has been delivered, refunds are not normally automatic because you dislike an interpretation, disagree with symbolic meaning, change your mind or hoped for a different result.

The reading is for reflection, cultural exploration and entertainment. It does not promise a specific outcome. Preview a complete fictional sample and read the Terms before deciding.

When to request help

Contact YAO for review if any of these circumstances applies:

• A duplicate charge.
• Payment was taken but a verified technical failure prevented report delivery.
• A report is materially corrupted or unusable and YAO cannot repair or redeliver it.
• An incorrect charge caused by YAO or a payment-processing error.
• A refund required by applicable consumer law.

YAO will review the issue against the order and delivery records and any applicable consumer rights. Repair or redelivery may resolve a technical problem; it does not remove a right to a refund where the law requires one.

How to make a request

Use Contact and include your purchasing email, order or transaction reference, and a brief description of the problem. Do not send your full card details.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. The time for the amount to appear depends on the payment provider and your bank or payment service; YAO does not promise a fixed arrival date.

This policy does not limit any non-waivable consumer rights that apply in your jurisdiction.
