Delivery Policy

One digital reading

YAO Personal Reading is a digital product. No physical item is shipped. The launch price is US$19 once, with no subscription.

Checkout is temporarily unavailable while payment integration is being finalized. You can use the complete free Birth Pattern, a limited personalized preview, and complete fictional samples without making a purchase.

What you receive

• One personalised, English-language, eight-chapter Personal Reading.
• A web-readable report.
• A saveable, self-contained report where supported.
• A separate share card where supported.

The eight chapters cover Your Pattern, Element Dynamics, Strengths & Tensions, Relationships, Work & Expression, Decision Patterns, Reflection, and Questions to Carry Forward.

The report reflects the same Birth Pattern calculation shown by YAO, with calculated facts, traditional interpretation and general practices distinguished. An unknown birth time results in reduced scope rather than invented data.

Delivery after payment confirmation

When payments are enabled, after successful payment confirmation, YAO will begin generating the Personal Reading automatically from the birth information supplied by the customer. Personalised generation and fulfilment are handled by YAO.

Delivery is designed to begin automatically after successful payment confirmation. In normal operation the reading should become available shortly after checkout.

YAO verifies payment against Dodo's Live API and the private cloud order record before presenting a purchased reading. A front-end button, URL parameter or local browser record is not proof of payment. Save the report after delivery. If you close the tab or change browsers, restore your purchase with your receipt and original birth details. Refunds and disputes can revoke access to the online purchased reading.

If a reading does not arrive

If payment succeeds but the reading does not become available, contact YAO support through the Contact page with your order reference. YAO will review the confirmed transaction and arrange recovery, redelivery or appropriate handling under the Refund Policy.

Successful payment does not change the product’s purpose: personal reflection, cultural exploration and entertainment. A reading does not predict concrete future events or guarantee outcomes. It does not provide professional advice.
